Macfrut Start-Up

A new project will be hosted in the exhibition halls, with the aim of giving space to product and process innovation during the reference event for the Italian fruit and vegetable sector.

To give visibility to start-ups, spin-offs and SMEs operating in the fruit and vegetable supply chain, Macfrut - in collaboration with ART-ER and ALMA MATER STUDIORUM (University of Bologna) - will create a collective area dedicated to them, where activities and products will be promoted including by organising workshops and demonstrations.
