29 February 2016. Premium, Light and Hospitality packages confirmed
Cesena – From 1 December, exhibition spaces go on sale for the 2016 edition of Macfrut. The Italian fruit and vegetable trade fair, scheduled to be held at the Fiera di Rimini from 14 to 16 September 2016, will be organised in 7 pavilions (the last edition featured 6 pavilions), representing the 11 product sectors of the entire supply chain, with huge international appeal.
Here are our sales offers for 2016. From 1 December to 29 February 2016, the rates applied per square metre will be the same as those of the previous edition, with possible confirmation of the 2015 position and promotional turnkey packages (Premium, Light and Hospitality), which include a fitted exhibition space, overnight stay at an affiliated 4-star hotel and a lunch voucher.
In detail, the “Premium” package offers a 16 sq. m. space, already set up with customised furnishings, as well as 6 overnight stays and 6 lunch vouchers for the price of €3,000. For a double space, measuring 32 sq. m., with the addition of 9 overnight stays and 9 lunch vouchers, the registration fee increases to €5,800. The 48 sq. m. space, instead, comprises 12 overnight stays and 12 lunch vouchers for a total price of €8,000. The “Hospitality” package comprises 10 overnight stays and 10 lunch vouchers at the price of €750: €75 per night at a 4-star hotel with a double room for single use, breakfast and lunch included. Finally, the “Light” package comprises just the exhibition space for the price of €121.50 per sq. m., plus the €500 registration fee.
This offer is available for those who book by 29 February. From 1 March to 30 April, rates per square metre will be €140, which will then increase to €150 per sq. m. starting on 1 May.
“Such favourable conditions are most certainly hard to find at an international trade fair," says Renzo Piraccini, President of Cesena Fiera. "In this way, companies in this sector will be able to take part in Macfrut at a reasonable price and organise related events (conventions, meetings with customers or suppliers, etc.) in a location with remarkable appeal such as the “Riviera Romagnola”, which is still bustling with tourists in mid-September. For the 2016 edition, to be presented in the next few months, we are planning many new features, with an even greater focus on internationalisation and innovation."
